Daniel & Nicole
From the very beginning, Daniel & Nicole’s wedding day was stunning! Nicky’s carefully chosen details featuring gorgeous heels and invitations, her amazing veil which opened the door for some gorgeous shots, and the beautiful sign-in table at their reception were just a few ways that their intentionality really shone through and took their photos to the next level! And even though their day was super windy, I like to think it added even more character to their images!
Dan and I were actually in connected small groups my freshman year of college, and he was hilarious and added so much life to all our activities! Knowing that side of him and being aware of how easily humour and light-heartedness come to him, it was even more meaningful to watch Dan brush away tears as his bride walked down the aisle. Nicky was also blinking back tears as she stood at the end of the aisle with her dad, and it was such a sweet moment to witness!
It’s so clear how much these two love and honour each other. They were always checking in to see how the other one was doing, if they needed anything, and sharing sweet little aside moments. It wasn’t hard to tell that they think the world of each other! And I loved getting to capture images for them that give a glimpse into that reality!
Dan & Nicky, it was such an honour to photograph your wedding day!! You are such a beautiful couple and I am so excited for you two as you embark on this new adventure together!
